Roller Shutter Doors
HZ Electrical Services supply, fit and maintain a wide range of roller shutter doors and security shutters, offering a top quality service at highly competitive prices.
Who Uses Roller Shutter Doors?
Our roller shutters are suitable for commercial, industrial and domestic purposes; we'll help you to choose the most appropriate, depending on your needs.
Roller Shutters are great for factories, warehouses, workshops, retail and commercial outlets, and are available in a choice of colours and finishes, including galvanised and powder coated.
How Do Roller Shutters Work?
Roller shutters offer enhanced security protection for your premises and comprise a series of interconnected slats. These are usually made from galvanised steel, hardened plastic or aluminium.
When they're rolled up the shutter doors are tucked away discretely, so will barely be noticed. When in use the slats slide down through tracks on either side, allowing the roller door to extend right down to the floor, where it fits snugly.
Roller shutters can be operated manually, or with the use of an electric motor. There are also 'punched' versions that allow light to filter through.
- Yard Gates (manual / electric)
- Sectional Overhead Doors (manual / electric)
- Folding Shutters (ideal for warehouses, industrial units etc.)
Fire Shutters - Maximum Security for your Premises in the Event of a Fire
Highly versatile and cost effective, fire shutters (also known as fire roller shutters), are designed to reduce the spread of smoke and flames throughout a building.
HZ Electrical Services offer four types of fire shutter ratings: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours.
We offer a range of manual fire shutters that will close when a fire breaks a built in fusible link, and electric fire shutters that close as soon as a fire is detected.
Our fire shutters are available in a range of colours and designs, so they will fit in with their environment.
Fiire Shutter Maintenance
We offer a fire shutter maintenance service to ensure your fire roller shutters stay in good condition and will work properly if there's a fire.
